Our values: TRANSPARENCY - EQUITY - RESPECT - TRUST MULTIPURPOSE HEALTH AUXILIARY 70% - 80% ## ## Mission In connection with the multidisciplinary team and under the supervision of the situation referents, you will contribute to the global care of beneficiaries by: • Performing basic care and household help, in a benevolent and person-centered approach • Support in activities of daily living to promote autonomy and well-being • Transmission of relevant observations to the team to ensure continuity and consistency of care • Participation in interdisciplinary meetings and exchanges of practices, to contribute to the improvement of the quality of care This function values team spirit, listening, and interprofessional cooperation, in an environment where each contribution is essential to the well-being of the beneficiaries. Location: Vevey site Profile • You hold a 120h health auxiliary certificate from the Croix-Rouge, Aide-soignante, Aide-familiale (adaptation of salary and title according to the diploma). • Minimum 2 years experience desired. In home care: an asset. • Great sense of relationship, communication and negotiation. • Proactivity, reactivity and solution orientation. • Versatility, flexibility and adaptability. • You are dynamic, autonomous and enjoy working in a team. • Comfortable with IT tools. • Driver's license and car indispensable. • For foreign diplomas, a Croix-Rouge recognition is required or being in the process of the procedure.
