Fire Protection Safety Officer - STPS Specialist (M/F)

Your mission 📍 Geneva | 🕙 100% | 📅 Start date to be agreed Upon order to strengthen our client's team, we are looking for an STPS Specialist & Fire Protection Safety Officer AEAI. You will develop the areas of the Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety (CFST) and ensure the compliance of services delivered to clients. Your main responsibilities: - Advising and supporting clients in their safety procedures - Preparation and monitoring of documents related to safety and fire protection - Carrying out audits and identifying risks and non-conformities - Conducting training sessions and evacuation exercises - Inspection of fire protection installations and measures - Writing reports and recommendations - Collaboration with clients, partners, and competent authorities Your profile 📍 Your profile: - Training as an AEAI Fire Protection Safety Officer - Proven experience in occupational safety and/or fire protection in Suisse Romande (minimum 3 years) - Very good mastery of Swiss regulations - Analytical mindset, autonomy, and sense of responsibility - Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in client consulting - Very good command of French; professional English, German an asset - Driver's license indispensable 📍 What we offer - A varied and autonomous position - Projects with a diverse clientele - A team of experienced specialists - Attractive working conditions - Possibilities for training and evolution
