Cybersecurity Technical Analyst

Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Implement and manage GovCERT's internal infrastructure (servers, network systems, virtualized environment, etc.), ensuring stable, high-performance, and secure operation • Develop and propose modern solutions for the management of internally developed applications. • Develop the necessary tools for the recognition, detection, processing, and analysis of cyber threats and develop innovative technical solutions aimed at preventing dangers • Track the main threat actors in cyberspace, their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) in order to draft timely and accurate technical analyses in the field of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) • Provide technical and organizational support to critical infrastructure operators in dealing with cyber incidents (incident response) and adopting adequate countermeasures for cyber defense • Maintain exchanges with the most significant partners in Switzerland and abroad regarding the current threat situation in cyberspace <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree or equivalent training in the field of computer science, cybersecurity, or similar professional experience • Excellent technical knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, common network protocols, and current technologies (such as Elastic, ClickHouse) • Several years of experience in managing on-premises solutions and network components such as firewalls and routers. • Solution-oriented mindset • In-depth knowledge of Bash and Python scripting languages • Availability to periodically perform on-call service and sporadic assignments • Excellent knowledge of a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as excellent knowledge of English <br /> In summary Do you want to be part of the future of national cybersecurity and contribute to the collective good?
