Operative Buyer (CAPEX Energy Projects)

• Administration - Procurement • Bern • Contracting • Part-time, 80-100% • Immediate - 28.02.2026 (with option for internalization) • Operative procurement, Procurement, CAPEX Your tasks: • Support the Procurement Manager in operative and tactical procurement activities • Collaboration on demanding CAPEX projects in the areas of hydropower, wind energy, solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other energy infrastructure projects • Independent preparation, execution and evaluation of tenders • Creation, review and preparation of contract documents • Processing and follow-up of claims as well as support in finding solutions with suppliers • Responsibility for own procurement topics and active relief of the existing procurement team • Ensuring clean data and process management in SAP and Ariba • Creation of analyses, evaluations and decision bases for internal stakeholders • Close cooperation with technical departments, project teams and suppliers   Your profile: • Several years of experience in operative or tactical procurement, in the environment of capital goods or CAPEX projects • Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further training in purchasing or procurement • Ideally a technical background in the field of electrical, mechanics, plant engineering, infrastructure or construction • Experience in procurement for technical projects or industrial plants • Knowledge of contract and procurement law, ideally also in public procurement • Experience with SAP and Ariba is an advantage • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • Pragmatic, hands-on mentality with high initiative • Ability to actively drive topics forward and take responsibility • Strong communication and team-oriented personality • Very good German skills in speaking and writing
