Medical Assistant in Radiotherapy (a) 50% # Medical Assistant in Radiotherapy (a) 50% YOUR TASKS • You are the first point of contact for our patients, you welcome them warmly and record their data with care • You schedule appointments and organize the smooth running of the Radiotherapy Institute • You prepare patient files, coordinate the exchange of documents with practices as well as internal departments and support documentation • You manage the telephone switchboard, process requests efficiently and administer the electronic archiving of data • You reliably draft documents, letters and reports according to dictation YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or additional training in medical secretarial work • Ideally, you have experience in a similar position, but you are also motivated to learn new things • You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written; your expression, spelling and formulations are irreproachable • Your way of working is careful, organized and confidential, and you maintain an overview even in stressful situations • You are comfortable with computer systems and know medical terminology • You enjoy direct contact with patients and support the team with commitment Perhaps this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!
