What the position offers you ### • You further develop the SAFe methodology in the area of the entire engineering and support the teams as a coach in effectively applying agile principles and practices • With your organizational talent, you plan and control the PI Planning as well as other SAFe events and ensure that time specifications and quality requirements are consistently met • You moderate different perspectives and conflicts of interest constructively, create binding common guardrails, and support those involved in making decisions in the interest of the entire ART • You promote cooperation and communication between teams and stakeholders and ensure that obstacles are identified and removed so that the teams progress smoothly • With your holistic view, you actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and methods and thus ensure sustainable efficiency and effectiveness gains • You work closely with other RTEs and team coaches, develop a uniform methodology and suitable tools, and actively contribute your know-how to the LACE team What you bring to the position ### • You bring several years of experience in the application of agile methods and have already successfully accompanied teams and organizations as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a comparable role • SAFe is more than just a framework to you: You possess profound knowledge of the methodology and its practical implementation and convince through strong communication and organizational skills • You know how to inspire, empower, and develop people. With your pronounced leadership and coaching competencies, you create orientation, promote cooperation, and approach topics proactively • Technological connections fascinate you, and you move confidently at the interface between business and IT. You master German and English with stylistic confidence in speaking and writing • In a dynamic environment, you rise to your best form: you see changes as an opportunity, actively help to shape them, and maintain an overview even in complex situations
