In our residential home with 5 residential groups, you can dedicate yourself to your passion as a professionally competent team colleague and help shape the everyday life and leisure time of adults with cognitive and multiple impairments.  Blumenhaus Buchegg currently cares for and accompanies 45 adults with cognitive, physical, and multiple impairments and offers them an independent living space. Our institution is open year-round and places importance on offering people the greatest possible quality of life in the areas of living, working in the workshop, day center with daily structure, and leisure time. You can start with us immediately or by arrangement as Specialist in Care or Health (EFZ) in the adult sector, 40 - 80% • Your tasks  • In the residential group, you care for and look after adults with cognitive, physical, or multiple disabilities in various day shifts from Monday to Sunday. • With a lot of autonomy and independence, you can dedicate yourself to the individual needs of the people entrusted to us and shape their everyday life with them. • As a reference person, you take responsibility for the people entrusted to you. In doing so, you have a high degree of creative freedom. • Household activities round off your area of responsibility as a change of pace. ? What you bring • You are a responsible and empathetic personality with high social competence and enjoy working independently with multiply impaired adults. • High-quality care for the people is close to your heart and you appreciate the advantages of irregular working hours and weekend shifts. • Due to your experience in care and nursing, you complement the residential group as an important support.  • Your humor and your joy bring a positive atmosphere to the team and to the everyday life of Blumenhaus. • You possess completed training as a Specialist in Care or Health (EFZ).
