It offers specialized support to any person facing addictive behavior (with or without substance), as well as to their loved ones. It is composed of five counseling and support centers, one day center, three residential centers, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualized approach built with each and every one. *In view of the change of function of the current holder, we are looking for our future* Manager of the Villa Flora residential center 80%- 90% Your responsibility: You assume operational responsibility for the Villa Flora residential center. To this end, you: • Direct the services of the residential center while guaranteeing the coherence, quality and evolution of the support for beneficiaries. • Support and supervise employees in the exercise of their duties in a multidisciplinary context. • Exercise leadership in phase with institutional values towards 20 employees by setting a clear and supportive framework. • Promote the team's adherence to institutional orientations while stimulating professional reflexivity. Yourself: You hold: • A tertiary education in health, psychology, social work or a related field. • A recognized specialization in the field of addictions (CAS in addictions). • Training in management (CAS or equivalent). You justify: • Significant field experience in the field of addictions or mental health. • Significant experience in a residential context. • Confirmed experience in leading a multidisciplinary team in a residential context.
