Safety Officer (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Qualité & Durabilité department, we are looking for a Safety Officer (M/F) whose main mission will be to actively contribute to the prevention of occupational risks and the protection of the health of employees, by ensuring the management, planning, and monitoring of occupational hygiene measures (air quality, chemical exposures, noise, radiation, etc.) within our workshops and workstations. *Responsibilities* ## • Plan, organize, and carry out or have carried out measures in the workshop and at workstations (dust, VOCs, noise, light, optical/ionizing radiation, heavy metals, and other exposures) • Analyze measurement results and write/evaluate associated reports • In collaboration with the Gestion de la Santé en Entreprise service, propose recommendations and monitor corrective and preventive actions • Ensure the monitoring of gas probes and contribute to chemistry support (products, ventilation, storage, substitution, good practices) • Collaborate in the identification, evaluation, and control of risks related to processes, substances, installations, and workstations • Participate in the control of installation plans and projects, as well as the monitoring of radiation protection, laser, radiation, dust, and VOCs • Prepare and lead internal awareness and training actions • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the integrated management system (SMI): procedures, risk analyses, indicators, action plans, audits • Occasionally supervise temporary assistants • Manage documentation, measuring equipment, data, and reporting • Ensure a regular presence in the field *Profile* ## • Occupational hygienist diploma or equivalent training in the field of industrial hygiene or occupational safety/health (STPS expert or specialist) • Engineering degree or higher scientific/technical training, ideally in chemistry, biology, process engineering, or a related field • More than 5 years of experience in the field of occupational health/safety in an industrial environment, large and medium-sized companies, and in an ISO environment • Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks related to industrial activities, particularly in chemical and physical fields • Knowledge in chemistry, basic toxicology, ventilation, occupational exposure, and interpretation of exposure limit values • Ability to use or learn to use measuring devices and metrology tools related to occupational hygiene • Skills to manage cross-functional themes and collaborate with various interlocutors: occupational physician, production, external service providers, etc. • Ability to analyze results, write clear reports, and propose suitable and pragmatic prevention measures • Mastery of French is essential; knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, working time flexibility solutions, and first-class social benefits.
