For a manufacturing company active throughout Switzerland, we are looking for reinforcement in order processing at the headquarters in Zug. Your tasks: Advising customers about our products via telephone and e-mail in German, French and/or Italian; Creating offers and order confirmations; Close cooperation with other internal departments; Monitoring delivery dates; General deputy duties within the team; Assisting in the continuous optimization of work processes. Our requirements: Commercial or technical training; Very good German skills, good Italian and/or French skills; Routine working with MS Office; Abacus knowledge is an advantage; Enjoyment of teamwork and active customer contact; Interest in the construction industry; Structured, independent way of working & organizational talent.
