Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Fachrichtung Psychiatrie (50%) What awaits you With us, you encounter people where their everyday life takes place: in their own homes. You accompany people with mental illnesses individually and at eye level and support them in living as self-determined and independent as possible. In doing so, you take on case responsibility and actively help shape the entire nursing process. You carry out needs assessments, create individual nursing plans, and coordinate the necessary measures. Your tasks include, among others: Accompanying and supporting in mental crisis situations; Promoting independence, resources, and everyday competencies; Regular exchange with treating specialists, legal guardians, and relatives; Interdisciplinary cooperation with various partners in the network; Independent organization and shaping of your work in the outpatient setting   What you bring You are a personality who likes to work independently, takes responsibility, and keeps the person in mind even in demanding situations. Furthermore, you bring: Qualification as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, with a focus on psychiatry; Experience in working with mentally ill people; an independent, resilient, and flexible way of working; Joy in accompanying people in their personal living environment as well as in professional and appreciative relationship management; Openness, strong communication skills, and team spirit; Driver's license Cat. B and willingness to use your own vehicle for assignments if necessary; a service vehicle is available to the team subject to availability.    Work independently - and yet have a strong team at your back.
