As a peak association, l-ADCV is a privileged interlocutor for State services and intervenes within about twenty commissions and working groups. With 70 member municipalities, our Association promotes municipal autonomy and responsibility by advocating for a policy of proximity. In view of the current holder's departure at the beginning of next year, the Committee of l-ADCV is recruiting for the position of Secretary General. Main tasks • Direct the administration and defend the interests of the Association and its members • Analyze consultations, projects, decisions of the State and their consequences for the municipalities • Represent the Association to State services and other stakeholders • Support the Committee in its activities and ensure project management • Advise member municipalities in the various areas of municipal action • Supervise the organization of the Association's events and participate in their animation Profile sought • University degree in law, public administration, political science or equivalent training • 5 years of experience in a similar function or useful to the position • Political sense and wide network at the municipal and cantonal level (Grand Conseil, administrations, etc.) • Required knowledge of municipal functioning with experience in an executive or legislative body • Excellent analytical, writing and oratorical skills • Autonomous, proactive and endowed with a developed sense of organization We offer • Interesting and varied activity, pleasant working environment • Place of work: Mont-sur-Rolle • Possibility of partial teleworking and flexible hours • Remuneration and social conditions comparable to those offered by the civil service (equivalent to salary class 13 of the Etat de Vaud)
