For our central sterilization integrated into the OR, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Team Leader Central Sterilization CSSD (80 - 100 %) ### Your challenge ## • technical and personnel leadership of four employees of the central sterilization • revision of instrument packing schemes and work instructions • creation and update of standards and guidelines • repair management of the instruments • professional pre-processing and processing as well as care and sterilization of instruments and materials for the operating area and the wards, taking into account legal regulations and quality standards • qualified operation of existing devices (washer-disinfectors, sterilizers, continuous sealers, steamers etc.) including performance of routine controls • assembly of OR instrument trays, sets and individual items • management of the inventory of sterile and unsterile material • documentation, assembly and release of rental instruments Your profile ## • training as a medical device technician or full fulfillment of the requirements and knowledge of the Sterilization Assistant Fachkunde II or AEMP management course (incl. validation course) • several years of profound professional experience in a central sterilization • several years of professional experience in a comparable function • good knowledge of instruments including their use and function • profound knowledge of batch documentation software • committed, responsible and team-oriented way of working • very good German skills in speaking and writing • very good PC skills • integrative personality with good prerequisites for deployment in a small team as well as friendly interaction with different stakeholders • readiness for on-call duties on weekends and holidays Our offer ## • varied and responsible area of responsibility in a motivated, small team with 3-shift operation from Monday to Friday (on-call duties on weekends and holidays) • collegial interprofessional working atmosphere • interdisciplinary cooperation with various professional groups and specialist teams • attractive employment conditions as well as a place of work with a lot of quality of life Interested? ## For further information, please contact Ms. Cornelia Katna, Head of OR Nursing, T 041 818 39 93.
