November 2026 Job description Employee with heart wanted The Kita Känguru Freihof is looking for a specialist in care 100% as of 1 November 2026.  Our well-coordinated team is looking for experienced reinforcement that enriches our everyday life with heart and expertise. A versatile activity with a lot of individual responsibility and a well-coordinated team awaits you.   The Kita Känguru Freihof offers space for 42 children, distributed across 3 groups. We work according to the infans concept of early childhood education. Bright and large group rooms, other rooms furnished according to educational areas, and a huge garden offer diverse play and development opportunities.  Your tasks Loving and professional care and accompaniment of the children Design of a varied and age-appropriate Kita everyday life Individual accompaniment and promotion of the children in their development  Promotion of the independence and social development of the children Observation and perception of the individual needs and resources of the children Maintaining portfolios  Co-responsibility for the design, order, and cleanliness of the premises Professional cooperation with parents and in the team What you bring with you Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, specialization children, with some years of professional experience Joy in working with babies and toddlers Pedagogical skill and an appreciative, resource-oriented attitude Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working Flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills Joy in contributing your own ideas and actively helping to shape the Kita everyday life Good oral and written German skills What awaits you An appreciative, professional working environment A motivated team and an open communication structure 13 monthly salaries No deduction from salary for food Your birthday is your day off Would you like more information?
