It also contributes to the management of patients within the framework of cardiac rehabilitation. We offer you the opportunity to join our non-invasive cardiology team as a: Medical Secretary in Non-invasive Cardiology CDMax 10 months at 80% (ref: 2002) As a true interface between patients, doctors, and various stakeholders, you will ensure daily administrative management and contribute to the smooth running of the department. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: • Welcome, inform, and guide patients with professionalism and kindness; • Ensure appointment booking and management of medical schedules; • Organize cardiological examinations and various tests; • Write and format medical reports; • Perform billing of consultations according to Tarmed and at private rates on Opale; • Perform various administrative tasks in collaboration with doctors and managers; • Actively participate in the quality and fluidity of the administrative management of patients. Your profile ### You are an organized, rigorous, and autonomous person, with an excellent sense of contact and service. Ideally, you possess: • A diploma in medical secretarial work or in the administrative field; • Excellent command of IT tools and MS Office; • Strong organizational and priority management skills; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; • A versatile, responsible, and proactive personality; • An excellent presentation and a great sense of discretion; • An ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. Knowledge of institutional software such as Opale, Carefolio, CardioReport, or Xplore constitutes a real asset.
