In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: Waiter/Waitress - 100% Indefinite term contract Mission description Reporting to the catering department, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and quality service to our clientele. You will ensure order taking, the service of drinks and food, as well as the smooth running of the service, while contributing to offering an irreproachable customer experience in a professional and convivial environment. Expected profile You benefit from a valid work permit in Switzerland or meet the conditions allowing its acquisition. Given the irregular hours inherent to the function, you have personal organization and travel solutions compatible with the requirements of the position. You benefit from training in catering, hospitality or justify significant experience in dining room service, ideally acquired in a demanding environment. Experience within a casino or a high-traffic establishment is an asset. Endowed with an excellent presentation and a pronounced sense of service, you appreciate contact with clientele and know how to demonstrate courtesy, discretion and professionalism in all circumstances. You are comfortable in taking care of customers, advising and serving food and drinks. You express yourself with ease in French and English; mastery of any other language constitutes an advantage. Flexible and dynamic, you are willing to work according to irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
