HPV Uzwil-Flawil - Together strong for people with support needs. We are committed to children, adolescents and adults who require special support. In the Heilpädagogische Schule Flawil (HPS), we promote individual strengths and create a supportive environment. With the areas of Work, Living and Living Space (Buecherwäldli), we offer training places, suitable jobs as well as living and leisure offers for people who cannot find employment in the primary labor market. Our goal is to enable participation, development and quality of life. In a shared residential group in Uzwil, seven people with different impairments live, some with challenging behavior. They are accompanied by a day team of ten specialists and supported at night by a night watch. For this residential group, we are looking due to a retirement for a Caregiver 80% ## by arrangement A versatile and exciting field of work awaits you: ### • Accompaniment and support of the residents in terms of independence, promotion and maintenance of their abilities; • Taking over or active support in the care of the residents; • Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and in leisure activities; • Completion of administrative tasks.
