It operates the Spitex, the retirement home Bodenmatt, as well as the day care "immomänt". The Spitex cares for and supports people in the municipalities of Malters and Schwarzenberg with great commitment who wish to live at home and require nursing care. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF, specialization Psychiatry 60 -100% (job sharing possible) Your area of responsibility and deployment • Assessment of necessary services according to professional criteria (RAI-HC) as well as advisory conversations with mentally ill people • Support for mentally ill people in crisis situations • Support and guidance of the Spitex employees who perform psychiatric nursing and care • Ensuring a high quality of nursing and care • Coordinating and organizing care and nursing in consultation with the doctor and other organizations • Maintaining the client dossier and recording services on site with the tablet These skills distinguish you • Diploma as a nursing professional HF, focus on psychiatry • Empathic personality who likes people and takes the needs of clients seriously • Flexibility and teamwork skills • Clear and goal-oriented way of working • good German language skills What you can look forward to We offer you an interesting, varied and meaningful activity.
