What you can achieve • With your warm and service-oriented manner, you inspire our guests and advise them competently on our offers, whether personally at the reception, by telephone, or via e-mail • You contribute to ensuring that our reception area always appears well-maintained, inviting, and tidy • During your shift, you organize your tasks independently and ensure a smooth process for guest entry as well as for the scheduling of our massages and applications • With your sales skills, you actively support the attractive presentation of our shop products and advise our guests when purchasing suitable items What you bring with you • You are an open, service-oriented personality and enjoy actively approaching people • Ideally, you bring experience from the hotel industry or have already been able to gain valuable knowledge in this environment.
