TAMIKA AG produces and distributes high-quality specialties of Eastern European cuisine under the brand Proviant Swiss. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: Preparation of various dishes of Eastern European cuisine, in particular borscht, soups, blini, pelmeni, varenyky as well as other warm and cold dishes Preparation and processing of meat, vegetables, dough and other foodstuffs Production of the products according to our recipes and quality specifications Portioning, filling, packaging and labeling of the finished products Control of the quality and shelf life of the ingredients used Cleaning and care of the workplace, the kitchen equipment and the production rooms Compliance with hygiene, quality and food safety regulations Support with further tasks arising in the kitchen and production Your profile: Experience as a kitchen assistant, assistant cook or in food production is desired Knowledge of Eastern European cuisine is required Enjoyment of cooking and handling food Independent, careful and hygienic way of working Reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team Physical resilience and willingness to perform standing work Willingness to be deployed flexibly depending on the workload Sufficient German language skills for communication at the workplace Knowledge of an Eastern European language is an advantage We offer: A permanent position with a workload of 50–100 % Start of position immediately or by arrangement Varied activities in a growing Swiss food company A careful introduction to our recipes and production processes A familiar and collegial working environment Development opportunities if suitable Modern employment conditions Salary by arrangement Work location: Region Luzern (Horw) Have we aroused your interest?
