To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for an immediately or by arrangement, for the newly created position in Payroll Management, a service-oriented, precisely working, and team-oriented personality as Payroll Manager 40 - 60% (w/m/d) - Numbers under control, processes in flow and the payroll runs like clockwork # Your tasks: • Independent and timely payroll processing for around 100 employees • Responsibility for all payroll processes including social insurance and withholding tax • Contact person for employees, social insurance, and internal departments • Participation in the optimization of payroll and related HR processes • Close cooperation with management as well as the HR managers • If suitable and interested, additional tasks in accounts payable can be taken over Your profile: • Commercial basic training with several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration • Sound Abacus knowledge is a big plus • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • High affinity for numbers as well as a strong sense of responsibility and discretion • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in the further development of processes What awaits you: In this exciting part-time position, a professional and at the same time familiar working environment awaits you, in which you can actively contribute your experience and expertise in payroll processing and help shape sustainable improvements.
