The Schule Erzbachtal currently educates approx. 870 pupils from Erlinsbach AG and SO. It employs about 120 staff members and is managed according to Aargau law. Management is the responsibility of the school management and the board. We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement to strengthen the offering a School Social Worker 50 % (m) for all levels ## A school social worker (w) is already employed at 45%. Key tasks • Counseling, accompaniment and support of pupils (individual case assistance and group counseling) • Conflict resolution and mediation • Crisis intervention • Counseling of teachers and school management • Triage and cooperation with specialist agencies • Counseling of parents on educational issues You bring with you • Diploma in Social Work (Social Pedagogy or Social Work) • Professional experience in working with children/adolescents and families • If possible, CAS in systemic counseling or school social work • Open, communicative and flexible personality • Systemic-solution-oriented way of working • Clear role awareness in dealing with the various stakeholder groups • Independent working and good organizational skills • Readiness to participate in the further development of school social work We offer • Well-established school social work • Versatile and responsible work with scope for design • Cooperation in a motivated team • Possibility to help shape the school social work on-site • Supervision, intervision and further training • Annual working time: compensation of school holiday time through increased workload during teaching time
