Two medical secretaries at 40 % The Centre vaudois anorexie boulimie (abC) is the result of a collaboration between the Département de la santé publique et des affaires sociales, the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) and the Etablissements Hospitaliers du Nord Vaudois (eHnv). Placed under the medical responsibility of the CHUV (Service de psychiatrie de liaison du Département de psychiatrie), the abC is intended for adolescents and adults suffering from these psychopathologies and is distributed over two sites, in Lausanne, « abC – espace Lausanne\-CHUV » (community, outpatient and intermediate activities), and at the Hôpital de St\-Loup of the eHnv, « abC \- espace St\-Loup » (hospital unit). In this context: THE HOSPITAL UNIT « ABC – ESPACE ST\-LOUP » IS LOOKING FOR MAIN MISSIONS Ensure the administrative management of the medical secretariat Ensure the administrative follow-up of private consultations and patient files Typing discharge letters for the hospital unit and management of follow-up letters until their final validation and sending Support the responsible doctors and psychologists in their activities Participate in the organization and smooth functioning of the unit SKILLS – REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS CFC as a commercial employee or paramedical Medical secretary diploma required Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical practice or hospital environment Proficiency in standard and specialized IT tools (Word – Excel – Outlook – Opale – Soarian) Mastery of medical terminology, the French language, excellent spelling and communication skills Ability to work independently while knowing how to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team Sense of organization and ability to establish priorities Great flexibility WE OFFER A varied activity within the framework of an establishment in constant development Possibilities for development and continuing education Excellent social benefits Salary according to the scale of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV) START DATE: IMMEDIATELY OR AS AGREED Additional information can be obtained from Mme I.
