In this role, you will ensure that our automated welding systems operate reliably and that our high quality standards are maintained.   What is the position about? You will: • Operate TIG and MAG welding robot neck welding systems as well as equipment in assembly during ongoing production operations. • Control and monitor machines and equipment and ensure stable and safe operation. • Monitor manufacturing processes with regard to quality, safety, and productivity. • Rectify minor malfunctions and carry out simple repairs directly on the systems. • Actively participate in CIP, Lean, and TPM activities and support continuous improvement. • Ensure cleanliness and order at the workplace through the consistent application of 5S principles.   What do we expect from you?
