In this context, we are currently looking for a: Production Manager (M/F) (100%) ## Fixed position | Watchmaking | La Chaux-de-Fonds Your mission Attached to the Production Director, you take responsibility for a strategic sector composed of around 50 collaborators evolving in a demanding environment where quality, industrial performance and aesthetic excellence are at the heart of priorities. True field manager, you pilot the entire production activities of your sector and actively contribute to the achievement of the company's industrial objectives. Your responsibilities Team management and development • Supervise, support and develop the skills of production teams working in 3x8 hour schedules • Unite collaborators around a culture of performance, commitment and responsibility • Support coordinators and references in their daily missions • Foster a collaborative work environment and results-oriented Industrial performance management • Ensure the achievement of safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives • Pilot performance indicators and implement actions necessary for their improvement • Ensure respect for the production plan and contribute to the improvement of the service rate • Identify, structure and animate action plans to optimize the sector's operational performance Transverse coordination and continuous improvement • Collaborate closely with the Methods, Industrialization, Quality, Maintenance and Planning departments • Participate actively in the introduction of new products and their ramp-up • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the department's industrial transformations • Ensure the application of manufacturing standards and quality requirements Operational excellence • Ensure mastery of production activities in an environment with a high diversity of products and processes • Support teams in resolving complex technical and organizational problems • Ensure respect for the highest standards of quality and excellence of manufactured products Your profile • Higher technical education (HES Engineer, EPF or equivalent) • Significant experience in managing production teams in a demanding industrial environment • Experience ideally acquired in watchmaking, jewelry, microtechnology, medical or precision mechanics • Solid understanding of CNC machining processes and complex manufacturing environments • Recognized leadership and strong field orientation • Excellent communication and transverse coordination skills • Developed sense of continuous improvement and industrial performance • Ability to make decisions and support change Beyond your career, we are looking for a personality capable of inspiring, uniting and developing their teams while maintaining a high level of operational requirement.
