La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. To complete our payroll department, we are looking for a: Payroll Process Expert (F/M/D) in permanent employment at 80% - Management Center As a payroll expert, you play a key role in the steering, reliability and evolution of activities related to remuneration and social insurance for approximately 700 professionals. You ensure the entire payroll process, from data collection to the payment of salaries, guaranteeing legal compliance and the quality of processing. You manage payroll variables as well as files related to social insurance. Through the production of statistics, analyses and reporting, you contribute to financial steering. In a logic of continuous improvement, you participate in the optimization of the department's functioning by implementing and improving internal procedures. As a resource person, you advise and support local managers as well as professionals on payroll and social issues, facilitating understanding. Your ability to communicate with clarity and to create a relationship of trust will be particularly important in this function. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES You hold a human resources manager certificate and have confirmed experience in the management of payroll and social insurance in Switzerland. A Federal Diploma of specialist in human resources or social insurance would be an asset. You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss legislation regarding social benefits (AVS, AI, unemployment, etc.) and are comfortable with figures, analysis and IT tools. You master Excel and have already worked with an ERP. Knowledge of the OPALE software would be an advantage. You express yourself with ease and precision and are recognized for your methodical, analytical and synthetic spirit. Rigorous and organized, you know how to work autonomously while enjoying collaboration and exchanges with different interlocutors. Dynamic and involved, you are comfortable transmitting your knowledge, explaining complex subjects in an accessible manner and contributing constructively to the evolution of practices.
