Scholar / Scholar Our intercommunal association operates a public swimming pool with a cafeteria and employs 16 permanent employees, as well as about twenty auxiliary employees. We are looking for a scholar at 40% who will join the Management team composed of 4 people. General missions of the position: Be a support to the Executive Committee of the Association Be a support to the Director – of the swimming pool Maintain the intercommunal accounting, and even annex associative accounting Invoice, collect various receipts, follow up on disputes and pay expenses Establish the various statements and inventories Manage the financial part related to employees jointly with the Director and the administrative manager Propose and/or accompany institutional projects Ensure the other requirements of the position Desired profile: Accountant with CFC or a title deemed equivalent; Confirmed experience in an accounting department; Experience in a communal or intercommunal administration would be an asset; Excellent mastery of MS Office IT tools; Use of the accounting software Crésus Mastery of the MCH2 chart of accounts Skills: Autonomy; Sense of collaboration in a small administrative team; Capacity for organization, analysis and anticipation; Confidentiality; Precision and accuracy; Flexibility and versatility; Marked interest in public affairs; Continuous application of SCI and proposals for process improvements.
