We are looking for a committed person as  Your tasks - meaningful and varied • Management of payments and maintenance of client accounting • Ensuring rights arising from private and social insurance • Processing of claims with health insurance funds and supplementary benefits • Preparation of accounting documents for account reports • Management of client files in Tutoris and archiving • Processing of mail, counter service and telephone  How to become a member of our team • Completed commercial training (CFC), preferably in administration or the social field  • Experience in the fields of social insurance and/or child and adult protection law  • Aptitude for numbers, control tasks and accounting as well as a structured way of working • Solid IT knowledge (MS Office), Tutoris is an asset • Willingness to actively contribute to the development of the organization with us Develop yourself with us - what awaits you • Autonomous, responsible and varied activity within a committed team • Manageable caseload (approx. 65 mandates) and close collaboration in tandem with a professional guardian person • Careful integration and regular coaching by experienced specialists • An environment where personal initiative is welcomed and where you can contribute to shaping the future of professional guardians • Attractive employment conditions and various fringe benefits Lohnnebenleistungen  • Modern position in the town hall and possibility of teleworking Interested?
