For our client, an established company in the field of building technology, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual as a Project Manager or Head of Sanitary Department for the Urtenen-Schönbühl location. Your tasks • Responsibility for the sanitary specialist department at the location • Technical contact person for internal employees and other locations • Interface between management, employees, and project participants • Independent management and leadership of sanitary projects • Project responsibility from the preparation of the offer to successful acceptance • Coordination of projects with employees, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers • Contact person for clients, principals, and customers - implementation of designs, concepts, and project descriptions • Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality • Preparation and processing of tenders • Participation in the further development of the specialist department Your profile • Completed basic training as a building services planner sanitary or comparable training • Further training as a Project Manager, Technician HF, Master, or degree at FH level is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the sanitary sector as well as experience in independent project execution • Good knowledge of CAD planning and the preparation of tenders • Confident handling of common IT applications • Networked and entrepreneurial way of thinking • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Resilient, customer-oriented, and responsible personality • Very good oral and written German skills What awaits you • Responsible and varied activity • Modern workplace • Motivated and dynamic team • Attractive and market-based employment conditions • 5 weeks vacation • Flexible annual working hours • Good development and further training opportunities • Long-term professional perspective Interested?
