Your tasks: • Execution and active participation in all production processes under strict compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal company guidelines • Sampling, aliquoting, and process-related controls including delegated environmental monitoring in - - cleanrooms as well as purified water and pure steam sampling • Precise batch documentation according to GMP regulations – seamless, on time, and error-free • Cleaning, disinfection, and preparation of production facilities and rooms as well as responsibility for order and 5S in the entire production area • Monitoring of plant functionality for early detection of anomalies as well as immediate escalation and initiation of measures in the event of malfunctions • Management of consumables (filters, resins, bags, reagents, gases, WCB, etc.) as well as professional disposal of production waste • Participation in continuous improvement processes (Operational Excellence), participation in training as well as active support in production planning Your profile: • Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical, scientific, or pharmaceutical environment • Sound GMP understanding as well as knowledge of relevant processes, products, or technical systems • Fine motor skills in handling analytical devices, in microscopy and aliquoting • Careful and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility for documentation, order, and cleanliness - Teamwork and resilience – you work reliably even under pressure and are flexible with changing requirements - Good MS Office skills as well as experience with process control systems and a basic technical understanding - Willingness to work shifts as well as occasional assignments on weekends and public holidays Why nemensis?
