To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and strong-willed personality as: Nursing Service Management 80% Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the leadership and development of the nursing area with around 27 employees • Leadership and support of the team leader, training officers, and activation staff • Responsible for professional, resident-oriented nursing and care of the residents • Optimization of work processes and further development of standards • Responsible for correct nursing documentation according to RAI LCTF • Participation in the management team Your profile • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF • Leadership training • Experience in a similar position desired • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • High professional competence, quality awareness, and strong service orientation • Team-oriented, socially competent, and resident-oriented personality • Good German skills in speaking and writing Our offer • Interesting, demanding, and innovative area of responsibility • Active participation in the development of the operation • 6 or 7 weeks of vacation (depending on age) • Attractive employment conditions & progressive pension fund Have we aroused your interest?
