JOB OBJECTIVE To lead, protect and develop Aiglon's sports and activities offering so that every student, staff member and guest benefits from an inclusive, high-quality and safe program. ## KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Security & Compliance ### • Perform daily inspections of facilities, log hazards and initiate corrective actions, including repairing equipment where possible • Apply best practices in child protection and health & safety, in full compliance with Swiss regulations and Aiglon policies • Maintain inspection and maintenance schedules for all sports equipment; collaborate with the Director of Operations for repairs or replacements • Assist in managing minibus fleet bookings for the expeditions and sports departments • Ensure minibuses are in good condition after use • Secure the Sports Centre at the end of the day or outside of opening hours (checking equipment, lights, alarms, locks) Programming & User Experience ### • Develop and publish the weekly timetable for the Sports Centre and facilities, balancing curriculum classes, house practices, team practices and community bookings.
