• 24 August 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Fribourg The City of Fribourg is advertising a position as Urban Planner Project Manager - Architect Specialist in habitat and housing at 80% # in the Urban Planning and Architecture Service, Urban Development Sector Your missions ## • Plan the urban development of the municipality in collaboration with the sector head • Ensure the management of studies and projects related to territorial planning • Implement the objectives of habitat and housing policy through studies and measures • Elaborate and administer financial plans and project budgets • Provide support to other urban policies, such as the climate plan, sustainable development, heritage, water, economy, mobility Your profile ## • ETH Architect, master in territorial development, master in geography or equivalent training • Certified training in project management would be an asset • Professional experience in urban planning, territorial planning or the fields of habitat, housing and/or real estate • Solid knowledge of the legal frameworks governing spatial planning and housing policy • Good knowledge of political environments, institutional and legal procedures • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, ability to manage complex problems by adopting a global and transversal vision • Knowledge of the City of Fribourg, its surroundings and the local professional network would be an asset • Mastery of the French language, with ideally good knowledge of the German language Start date: 1 January 2027 or to be agreed ## Sensitive to sustainable development, the City of Fribourg requests that applications be sent via the recruitment site (emploi.ville-fribourg.ch) until 13 September 2026.
