The company is active in the medical sector and is characterized by high rhythms, a structured production environment, and high quality standards. In this context, you will work on production lines requiring good manual dexterity, great precision, as well as rigorous compliance with the safety and quality instructions in force on the site. Responsibilities • Ensure the operation and piloting of production machines while respecting the defined parameters and the company's internal operational procedures. • Perform the manipulation and assembly of small parts at a high rate while ensuring the precision, cleanliness, and compliance of the components processed. • Carry out welding and assembly operations according to work instructions, applying the quality and safety standards specific to the industrial sector. • Visually control the quality of the produced parts and immediately report any non-compliance or deviation that could impact production or safety. • Perform basic maintenance of your workstation and contribute to the proper functioning of the equipment by respecting cleaning and tidying instructions. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure the continuity of flows, the achievement of quantity objectives, and respect for the planned manufacturing deadlines. Profile • Experience in an industrial environment or in production in the technical field • Marked interest in machine operation, welding, and precision manual work on small parts. • Careful, meticulous, and organized person, capable of following written and oral instructions rigorously. • Developed team spirit, with a willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues on the production line. • Flexibility to adapt to production requirements and possible changes of tasks at the workstation.
