You can expect exciting projects throughout Switzerland, paid travel times, and a well-coordinated team that together equips stores with modern sales systems.                   Job description ## What to expect in the job ### • Checking the installed sales, carrier, and digital pricing systems • Planning and coordinating assembly assignments from preparation to project completion • Leading and instructing the assembly team during on-site assignments • Organizing materials, vehicles, accommodations, and workflows • Monitoring timely and qualitatively flawless implementation  • Coordinating with internal contact persons, store managers, and other stakeholders • Documenting project progress as well as reporting deviations and optimization opportunities What convinces ### • Experience in assembly, shopfitting, interior construction, retail, or a comparable manual-technical environment • Ideally initial experience in the coordination or leadership of a small team • Good Excel user skills and a confident handling of digital work tools • Driver's license category B as well as your own vehicle with sufficient storage space • Place of residence within a maximum of around 20 minutes of Gossau SG • Readiness for multi-day assignments throughout Switzerland, including around 10 overnight stays during the entire project duration • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Impeccable character/record What you can look forward to ### • Fixed-term employment for 4 to 6 months, depending on project progress • Responsible task with a lot of independence and direct leadership of a small assembly team • Paid travel time to the respective assignment locations • Mileage compensation of CHF 0.70 per kilometer when using your own vehicle • Assumption of hotel costs for multi-day assignments • Expense reimbursement for lunch and dinner • Careful introduction before the project start
