YOUR ROLE - WHAT AWAITS YOU ## • Team leadership: You lead a test engineering team, develop it continuously and foster collaboration. You coordinate the project missions of your team members. • Personnel management: You take care of the recruitment, development and retention of employees. • Development: You advance adesso's internal testing strategies on current topics such as test automation, AI-assisted testing or cloud technologies. • Market monitoring and trend analysis: You observe the market and current trends and develop ideas for product innovations. • Client relations: You continually develop your client network, are the direct interlocutor for our clients and are operationally involved in projects. You advise clients strategically and methodologically on all matters related to testing. • Project work: Depending on your profile, you bring your expertise as a test manager, test automator, business analyst (BA), product owner (PO) or requirements engineer (RE) and assume leadership roles in projects at the client. • Strategic and methodological consulting: The optimization of business processes as well as the design and implementation of IT solutions are at the heart of your activity. YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING ## Senior IT consultant / manager with an affinity for testing • Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable IT training or IT professional experience • Significant experience as a business analyst, product owner or requirements engineer in IT projects • Strong interest and affinity for testing and quality assurance - knowledge of test automation is a plus but not mandatory • Availability and flexibility to be deployed at the client as needed as a BA, PO or RE What you bring regardless of the profile • Experience: Good conceptual and analytical skills as well as strong communication and quick understanding. Your attitude is convincing and confident. • Leadership qualities: You have initial management experience or wish to evolve towards a leadership role and build and develop a team. • Communication: You enjoy constant exchange with all stakeholders, are socially competent and communicate confidently and appropriately to the audience. • Language skills: You speak very good German (C1) and fluent English (B2) and are willing to travel.
