• Zürich • Temporary • 100% • Purchasing/Procurement Tasks • Procurement of technical components, spare parts and services • Requesting, evaluating and comparing offers • Conducting price and contract negotiations • Selection, qualification and development of suppliers • Maintenance of purchasing and material master data in SAP R/3 • Monitoring delivery dates and initiating escalation measures • Conducting market and price analyses • Participation in cost optimization and procurement projects • Close cooperation with Engineering, Production, Logistics and Quality Management • Creation of evaluations and reports from SAP R/3 Requirements • Completed technical or commercial training with corresponding further education (e.g. Technical Merchant, Purchasing Specialist, Business Administration HF/FH) • Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or an industrial environment • Sound knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and contract law • Experience in price and contract negotiations • Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, especially module MM (Material Management) • Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Knowledge in material planning, inventory management and master data maintenance Your benefits • Option for permanent employment • exciting supplementary income • high learning effect Have we aroused your interest?
