As a Nursing Educator, you accompany, promote, and instruct apprentices and students of various nursing and healthcare training programs (FaGe, nursing specialists HF and FH). Giving group and individual lessons (learning support, transfer coaching FH, LTT practical instruction HF, company-based FaGe lessons) is a defining element of your activity. You are committed to the practical training of young adults as well as to the promotion and recruitment of new talent. Supporting and accompanying the vocational trainers on the inpatient wards is also one of your main tasks. In addition, you assist the Bildung Pflege team in designing the educational structures and developing training documents.
