Finance and Accounting Specialist 80-100%

For an internationally oriented group of companies, we are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist / Deputy CFO for the Swiss location in the Lenzburg area. Your tasks: Management of the finance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting, including processing of payment transactions, dunning processes, and VAT returns; Assistance with the annual financial statements according to OR, monthly closings; Reporting to the group, budgeting, post-calculation, and cash management; Assistance with payroll accounting, settlement of social security, withholding tax and daily allowances, as well as year-end settlements in the payroll area; Active participation in the expansion of management accounting, definition of KPIs, and optimization of finance and payroll processes in cooperation with the CFO. Our requirements: Commercial basic training; Further education at the level of federal diploma (eidg. FA) in Finance and Accounting; Several years of professional experience in finance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting; Knowledge of payroll accounting and administration is an advantage; Very good German skills in speaking & writing and solid English skills; Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems; Independent, precise way of working with a high affinity for numbers; Team player, discreet and reliable personality with a hands-on mentality.
