What you accomplish You perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance of installations (lifts, doors, small locksmithing tasks, etc...) You supervise the technical maintenance of the building You collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure the safety and quality of interventions You identify the root causes of malfunctions and implement the necessary measures You create and update maintenance plans You supervise work orders and collaborate with your colleagues from other departments You manage spare parts stocks and ensure the reception and control of ordered goods What you bring Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (CFC) Specialization: You hold a CFC as an installer-electrician, automobile/heavy-duty/agricultural mechanic, or an equivalent training Professional experience: 3-5 years Experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the field of buildings.
