Your tasks <br /> • You will take over the professional and personnel management of the Regional Civil Registry Office of the city of Luzern with the affiliated municipalities of Malters, Meggen, Greppen, Vitznau, Weggis and Schwarzenberg. • You will certify all civil status events and perform marriages. • You will position the Civil Registry Office as a competent and reliable point of contact for the population and our partners. • You will continuously develop organization, processes and services and specifically promote employees in their development. • As a member of the management team of the Population Services department, you are committed to a modern, effective and efficient service company. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a proven track record as a civil status official as well as several years of leadership experience -- ideally in a public administration and at management level. • In addition to the federal professional certificate as a civil status official, you have specifically and continuously developed your leadership skills. • You lead clearly and bindingly, provide orientation, set impulses for changes and promote an appreciative and participatory culture. • You maintain a dialogue with different stakeholders and actively contribute to common solutions. • Even in demanding situations, you act with prudence, prioritize confidently and maintain an overview. • You have good foreign language skills. <br /> Integrated into the Population Services are the Resident Services, the Regional Civil Registry Office, Elections and Votes and the Citizenship department.
