For our customer in the Aargau area, we are looking for an immediate: Pharma worker (m/f/d) 100% - in 3 shift operation You benefit from: • Varied and exciting tasks in pharma production • Secure workplace in a future-proof and growing industry • Free parking spaces directly at the location • Comprehensive induction and support from a motivated team What awaits you: • Participation in the production line as well as setting up and checking packaging materials • Cleaning, setting up, preparing, dismantling, and monitoring the packaging machines • Implementation of manufacturing instructions such as production planning (AVOR), packaging, in-process, and functional controls according to GMP specifications and SOPs • Documentation of all work steps as well as feedback in the ERP system • Reporting of malfunctions and deviations in the production process • Compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines What distinguishes you: • Initial experience in production or on a manufacturing line is an advantage • Knowledge of GMP guidelines is a plus • Mandatory willingness to work in 3-shift operation (early, late, and night shift) • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license and own car mandatory • Motivation, willingness to learn, teamwork, and enjoyment of new tasks You have the talent, we provide the platform!
