Location Fribourg Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 42228 Published on 28/08/2026 For an important partner in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a: Job description ### \-Define, deploy and evolve the quality management system \-Guarantee the compliance of products, processes and documentation \-Lead the processing of non-conformities and corrective action plans \-Organize and conduct internal, customer and supplier audits \-Monitor quality indicators and prepare the necessary reports \-Collaborate with production, methods, purchasing and development \-Support teams in the application of procedures and standards \-Participate in the qualification and quality monitoring of suppliers \-Manage customer complaints and coordinate root cause analyses \-Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company Profile ### \-Higher technical education in the industrial field or equivalent training \-Additional training in quality management \-Confirmed experience in a quality function in an industrial environment \-Mastery of ISO 9001 standards and root cause analysis methods \-Knowledge of 8D, AMDEC, SPC or Lean Management tools \-Experience in conducting audits \-Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills \-Natural authority and ability to mobilize different departments \-Rigorous, pragmatic and improvement-oriented personality \-Mastery of French and good knowledge of English \-Knowledge of German, an asset Industrial Quality Manager (M/F) / Permanent
