As a senior technical product manager, you will support the special systems domain for specific fire detection in Zollikofen BE. We are among the leading providers of fire detection systems in Europe and are strongly positioned in the SBS field globally. You will contribute significantly to commercial success and actively participate in the agile product delivery process. What you accomplish ## • Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for agile requirements engineering (SAFe) in the value chain of specific fire detection systems (SBS). • You transform complex market and customer requirements as well as innovative technologies into structured specifications and thus into marketable products. • You prioritize features and requirements and continuously develop the product vision with the relevant stakeholders. • You work interdisciplinary with agile development teams at different sites. • You ensure the usability, quality, and performance of our products. • You make an important contribution to the delivery and validation of products as well as to the design of our system landscape, consisting of hardware, firmware, software, cloud services, and accessories. What you bring ## • You have a successful education (FH/HF) in electrical engineering, electronics, systems engineering, or a comparable field, which constitutes the ideal foundation. • You have several years of experience in the agile delivery of products, for example as a product manager, Product Owner, developer, or systems architect. Experience in the fire protection and/or specific fire detection systems sector is an asset. • You communicate easily in German and English (the project language is mainly English). • You convince with your ability to structure complex topics and thus reduce complexity. • You have a good capacity for rapid assimilation as well as a good understanding of global contexts. • As a true team player, you always approach your colleagues on an equal footing.
