For a versatile and responsible leadership task in the area of adult living, we are looking for, as of 01.12.26 or by arrangement, a Team Leader Residential Group (80%) Your tasks • Personnel, professional, and organizational management of two residential groups with a nursing orientation • Leadership, support, and further development of employees • Responsibility for needs-oriented, professional support and care of the people being supported • Ensuring high agogic and nursing quality • Planning and coordination of personnel deployment as well as co-responsibility for economical resource use • Design and further development of structures, processes, and offers of the residential groups • Active cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, internal specialist departments, and external partners • Participation in everyday care activities • Active participation in the adult living leadership team Your profile • Completed training in social pedagogy, nursing, or a comparable specialist field at HF or FH level • Leadership experience and corresponding further training or the willingness to complete it • Experience in the support and care of people with cognitive impairments • Appreciative, binding, and clear understanding of leadership • Joy in promoting employees and developing sustainable solutions together • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Resilience, decisiveness, and humor – even in demanding situations • Willingness to work flexible hours • Good user knowledge of common digital work tools; RedLine knowledge is an advantage What we offer you • A versatile leadership task with responsibility and scope for design • Committed teams and supportive cooperation in the leadership team • A careful introduction to the area of tasks and responsibilities • Opportunity to professionally and organizationally further develop the nursing residential groups • Internal and external training and development opportunities • Modern infrastructure in an idyllic rural setting • Attractive employment conditions with good social benefits Have we piqued your interest?
