We are looking for a marketing and event coordinator having experience in the field of microtechnology and/or watchmaking. To do this, you combine a sense of organization and marketing knowledge, and you work in close collaboration with the sales teams, product management, and our international distribution partners. Your missions: Marketing and campaigns You participate actively in the development and implementation of our marketing strategy and you take charge of the planning, coordination, and implementation of effective marketing campaigns, both online and offline. You thus support product launches as well as market prospecting strategies and ensure that our marketing materials, presentations, and commercial documents are developed professionally and coordinated in a targeted manner. Furthermore, you write newsletters, information intended for customers, and success stories. You work in close collaboration with external agencies and service providers, and you evaluate the success of our marketing activities using defined key performance indicators (KPI). You also participate actively in lead generation and sales development actions. Event management You plan, organize, and accompany professional trade fairs, customer events, training sessions, and distributor meetings, from their preparation to their implementation. In this context, you coordinate participation in international trade fairs and various events, you take care of travel, accommodation, as well as all event logistics, and you ensure on-site professional support for customers, partners, and guests. In addition, you manage external service providers, suppliers, and event partners. You ensure a consistent and professional brand presence during all events and ensure follow-up, notably through the collection of feedback and the evaluation of results. Marketing and communication You participate in the management of digital marketing platforms and get actively involved in marketing, sales, and digitalization projects. In this context, you contribute to the management and development of marketing processes, you support our international commercial partners in their marketing activities, and you ensure that the Witschi global brand image is implemented consistently and in accordance with our corporate identity. Profile sought: Completed commercial training or training in the field of marketing, communication, or event management Additional training in marketing or event management would be an asset Several years of professional experience in marketing and/or event management A keen sense of organization as well as the ability to successfully coordinate several projects in parallel A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a high degree of personal responsibility Good communication skills, professional presentation, and excellent team spirit A keen sense of service and customer relations, as well as a pragmatic mentality Very good mastery of MS Office and the willingness to learn to use new digital tools Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools Mastery of German (C2) and French (C2). English (C1) is an asset.
