Your tasks • You lead the Social Department and ensure impact-oriented and well-organized operations. • You lead and develop your team and are responsible for personnel planning and further development. • You ensure the professionally correct and legally compliant implementation in the areas of social counseling, economic social assistance, school social work, youth work, age, health, and family-supplementary care. • You coordinate concerns from authorities, clients, as well as internal administrative bodies. • You are responsible for quality assurance as well as the professional and legal quality of applications, reports, and templates. • You participate in budgeting, investment planning, and accounting. • You advise internal and external bodies on professional, legal, and administrative questions. • Together with the responsible bodies, you ensure good communication internally and externally. • You represent the department in various regional and cantonal specialist and leadership committees. What you bring with you • Completed university of applied sciences degree in Social Work or a comparable education. • Profound specialist knowledge in the social sector. • Leadership experience in a comparable position. • High social competence and enjoyment in working with different stakeholder groups. • Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a solution-oriented way of working. • Good IT user skills. • You communicate clearly, are decisive, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
