SpFplus offers a wide range of support for families with children of all ages and for individuals in difficult life situations. The focus is on Social Pedagogical Family Support. As an independent, non-profit company, we work at four regional offices in Switzerland. To expand our team, we are looking for the Regional Office Schwyz | Zug | Zürichsee for a(n) Social Pedagogical Family Support 50-80% ## Social Pedagogical Family Supporter 50 - 80 % Start of position: Immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility: ### You work outreach-oriented in the immediate daily upbringing of families who have been in difficult life situations for a long time or are in acute crises and require support in parenting issues. You coach parents in a systemic-solution-oriented manner in their role as those responsible for upbringing, utilize existing resources, expand their competencies in different areas of life, and work in close network with the involved specialists. We offer you: ### • A varied and independent advisory activity with plenty of creative freedom and time for sustainable change processes together with the supported families • Flexible working hours and home office, as well as modern office premises (locations in Einsiedeln & Wädenswil) • A dedicated and professionally competent team that supports you during your induction and accompanies you in your role as a family supporter • Regular supervision, intervision, and coaching as well as internal and external continuing education opportunities for professional development • An appreciative and collegial working environment, characterized by mutual support Requirement profile: ### • Education (HF/HFS) in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (for foreign degrees with equivalence recognition by the Confederation) • Professional experience (at least 2 years since completion of training) in working with children, adolescents, and families • Systemic-solution-oriented basic attitude and corresponding way of working • Joy in process design in goal-oriented work with the supported families • Resilience and flexibility in work organization • Good oral and written communication skills, English knowledge an advantage • Own car available • Preferably residence in the Zurich, Schwyz, Zug area (important because of travel times to the families) Would you like to accompany families on their way, help shape development processes, and contribute your professional expertise in an appreciative team?
