Your Missions: • Acquisition of new clients • Development and loyalty of the clientele • Negotiation of rates with clients • Interviews, reference checks, recruitment • Creation of advertisements • Monitoring and coaching of candidates delegated on missions Skills: • You possess experience as a personnel advisor or in the commercial sector • Good knowledge of the economic fabric in your field of activity • Professional network a plus (associations, companies, others) • Linguistic knowledge: French: very good knowledge Excellent mastery of a second language • Advanced skills in written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and in a team Your complete file with CV, cover letter and diplomas is required for the application.
