Start of employment: 01. December 2026 or by arrangement Work location: Thun The Schlichtungsbehörde Oberland conducts the legally prescribed conciliation proceedings in civil law disputes. In addition, it offers legal advice in the areas of tenancy and labor law. It employs 12 people at the level of chairperson, court clerks, and secretariat, as well as one apprentice. As of 1. December 2026 (or by arrangement) we are looking for a court clerk. The employment degree is 80 %. Your tasks <br /> • independent legal advice in tenancy and labor law matters • legal advice in both telephone and personal consultation hours • taking minutes in conciliation proceedings • supporting the chairperson in the instruction of the conciliation proceedings <br /> Your profile <br /> • completed law degree, preferably supplemented by a bar attorney patent • professional experience in labor and/or tenancy law • high professional competence, strong sense of responsibility • resilience, efficiency, good communication skills • confidentiality, irreproachable reputation • German native language, good French skills <br /> We offer you <br /> • varied, exciting and independent activity • working in a motivated team • employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines <br /> Contact Curious?
